Alumni of Sainik School, Bijapur from Feb 1968 to 1975 who joined NDA in 1976. He was commissioned in 23 Field Regiment. A brave and a dedicated officer, who was posted to serve the nation in J & K sector. A soft spoken unassuming comrade with a friendly disposition, would often break into an endearing smile, spreading cheers simply divine. However, his illustrious career was cut short by an unfortunate accident. In 1982 while posting at Akhnoor he died in a road accident. His untimely demise brought an end to a great soldier.
