Our 56th NDA Course, an iconic course with two first terms, was destined for greatness. After the 1st NDA Course, the 56th NDA Course has the distinction of having all three Chiefs from the same course. A very large number of course mates have made it to Flag rank in all the three Services. Some have made the supreme sacrifice for the country, living up to the motto “Service before Self’’.  As a tribute to each dear departed soul, 'Lest We Forget', an online memorial has been created for our wonderful course-mates...a continuing bond of love till eternity!

This Vault of Epitaphs was inspired by the need of archiving the WhatsApp posts made on all our dear departed souls. ‘Lest We Forget’  aims to help our course mates and family members to connect with others to remember, celebrate or commemorate our dear course mates who have passed away.
 

The ‘Pay Your Tribute’ tab, that allows course mates and family to reminisce about the memories and even add comments to the story. ‘Lest We Forget’ is memories... they can be simple or lengthy and they can come from anyone who knew the departed soul. It is an ongoing and real time effort to update the online memorial with any inputs or new information.

The Vault of Epitaphs will keep cherished memories alive of our course mates, family and the next generation. This is a labour of love, to celebrate their memories and honour their special lives forever!!
